1. General
- BT-TEKS provides IT services including CCTV, VoIP, Networking, Internet, Access Control, and related solutions.
- All prices quoted are VAT excluded unless stated otherwise.
- By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Installation & Labour Fees
- The first hour of installation or labour is charged at R750 (VAT excluded).
- Each additional hour thereafter is charged at R399 (VAT excluded).
3. Travel & Transportation
- Jobs outside Gauteng may be subject to additional transportation and accommodation fees.
- Jobs within Johannesburg may still include a call-out or travel fee depending on distance.
4. Equipment
- All equipment supplied remains the property of the client once fully paid.
- BT-TEKS is not responsible for third-party equipment failures.
5. Cancellations
- Any cancelled booking may be subject to a cancellation fee of R750 (VAT excluded).
- Late cancellations or no access on arrival will incur the same fee.
6. Payments
- Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins.
- BT-TEKS reserves the right to withhold services if payment is overdue.
7. Liability
- BT-TEKS will not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- All work is performed to industry standards.
8. Changes
- These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.
